Pascaline Lepeltier

Pascaline Lepeltier is one of the most brilliant and respected minds in the contemporary wine world. Based in Manhattan but with roots in the Loire Valley, her career path is unique: she transitioned from a career as a philosophy professor to the art of sommelierie, bringing that same intellectual rigor to cellar management and wine education.

As a partner and beverage director at Chambers (TriBeCa), Pascaline manages a monumental list of over 2,000 selections, with an unwavering focus on organic, biodynamic, and natural viticulture. Her work extends beyond service; she is an active producer through chëpìka, her winemaking project in the Finger Lakes region alongside winemaker Nathan Kendall.
